Positive, professional, knowledgeable, on time, can’t say enough good things about Alex ! I was impressed! Replaced the elements in our 2010 hot water heater… I just knew I was going to have to have a new hot water heater 24 hours before Thanksgiving 45 miles from town.

My experience was Outstanding! My hot water tankless was not producing hot water. I called them right away. The Receptionist I wish I would have gotten her name was the sweetest kindest person and so helpful. She was able to give me in right away, same day appointment within the hour. Thank you so much! The Repair Technician arrived within 30 mins and found my problem within seconds! Wes was kind, friendly, courteous and very professional. Wes is the best! This company is amazing and if you’re looking for someone who cares and can get the job done right away, this is who you need to call. Thank you for a great experience. Job well done! Praise God!

Wow! My tech Devin Hufstetler was one of the best people I have ever had come to my home. Not only did he know what he is doing ( not as common as that should be ! ) he was very personable and took the extra time to explain details,maintenance,and tips to make things better. If I had my own company…I would hire him away! Would recommend to everyone to request him. Definitely worth doing!
